“What attracts me to great photography is the photographer’s gift to see beauty in the simplest of objects, and the skill to transfer that beauty to film for others to enjoy. To this I aspire”
The presentation of the inspiring elements of the world around us is what drives my photographic passion. Light, shadow and subject reveal a beauty, truth and complexity that is first observed, then felt, and finally appreciated by the artist.
The artists' internal elements (how they view the world) allow the external elements of the subject to reveal themselves. The camera extracts those inspiring and unique elements from their original environment, and through the photographic presentation, reveal them to new observers.
My job as a human is to walk closely with the love and truth that is all around us. My job as a photographer is to observe, extract and present a medium that can remind the viewer of the beauty, love and awe that resides in their own heart.
“My hope is for these photographs to wake people up to their own inner sense of joy, through truly celebrating the beauty of creation.”
